Provide your property address. As soon as you and your agent have agreed on a home price and signed the contract, give us a call. Once you provide your new property address, we will order an appraisal, if required, and send you a package containing important next steps. | ||

Loan application package. With this package, you will confirm the information you supplied for the pre-approval. There is nothing to fill out. You simply need to review the About You information and make any necessary changes. Then sign and return the documents.
